Technetters, please help.

I am studying a lid design for an ESD container to provide a
Faraday shield for printed wiring assemblies. There needs to be
a hole or notch in the conductive lid so that it can be grasped
and removed. What are the guidelines for the maximum size of
the hole so that adequate shielding is maintained?

If you don't have an answer or opinion, are there recommended
container suppliers, organizations, or other sources that could
also be contacted for advice?

Thanks in advance for any help.
