Mike's right (hi, Mike!). Penguin and Flo-King both make in-tank units that work pretty good, if you have the space in the tank. I have also seen people using diaphragm pumps with some success, but these will break after a few months (they're easy and cheap to fix). The in-tank units last for a long time as long as the fumes are more-or-less kept out of the motor.
