Hi Garth, Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) is a term that has been applied to exposing a photo resist directly with a laser beam - no phototool used. Etec and Orbotech both have imagers that can do this. I understand CREO also showed a new imager of this type. I'm not familiar with the Direct Laser Writing, but I don't get very close to MCM applications.
