Paragraph 4.1 (bottom of page 53) also lists as a Nonconforming Defect for Class 1,2,3: The solder fillet has been damaged (e.g. fractured). My interpretation of this is: If the solder fillet is indeed fractured, it is a Nonconforming Defect.
