We are looking to purchase a used, operational forced air convection oven. The oven is to used in an application which has a larger process window than a SMT placement/reflow process. Below is the general minimum requirements for the oven: - mesh conveyor, (edge conveyors not required) - 4 zones, 2 preheat, 1 reflow, 1 cooling - no need for computer control (rheostat controlled zone temperatures, fan speeds and conveyor speeds are fine) - minimum 3" height clearance along entire length Therefore, what I am really looking for is someone who has a older convection oven, that has since been replaced with one with edge conveyors, that was purchased before edge conveyors were a necessity that has been sitting in someone's warehouse for eons and you cannot think of a thing to do with it. P.S. Has anyone had any experience on using pass-thru convection ovens for shrinking heat-shrink tubing over cable assemblies. Any help will be most appreciated.
