This is a result of a slight unevenness at the point where the board is seperated. This oversized condition will vary slightly depending on score depth. This usually does not present a problem because, unlike a routed edge, it is relatively soft and will yield to pressure when fitted into a frame or case. If this causes problems with your application, I have a scaling chart that should help resolve the issue.
