All,

Does anyone know of an independant lab that will perform a failure
analysis on hard drives. I have a considerable quantity of hard
drives that failed in the field and need someone to determine the root
cause of failure(s). Determining the failure(s) will allow us to
implement a series of instructions to correct any future problems.

Call me to get Serial#s, P/Ns, Make, Failure, etc.

     Thank you.
