I am currently in charge of implementing a new wave solder machine into our process. What are people out there using as guideline to help them with this. I am looking for optimum temperature charactersitics for the solder, preheats, ramp and cooling rates, etc.... We are using 63/37 solder, RMA flux in a foam fluxer, convection preheat, and have both standard and chip waves. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!
