Does anyone know of any preferred method of removing photoresist from tooling holes in primary imaging before exposure. The standard for everyone that I have seen is 1 of 3 methods. 1. Hole punch removal 2. Razor or reamer type tool 3. Soldering iron. All of these methods work, although they are very labor intensive and time consuming. It would be great to somehow automate this process. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
