Bill, There are a number of adhesive suppliers either selling material or who are in development & providing samples. Most include films in their ranges. They include: Hitachi, who are one of the "big names" for this technology, having various grades of mainly thermosetting material available. Alpha Metals Advanced Products also have various products (mostly thermoplastic) and including array as well as random materials. Dexter, Three Bond, Nippon Graphite, AIT and Creative Materials also have product available. Ablestick and Loctite - not sure if anything commercially avaialable, but both have/are working on it (Loctite working on novel array mats as well as random fill). Without knowing more about what you want to do I couldn't begin to suggest which might be suitable - this is very much a "horses for courses" situation. David Whalley Loughborough University p.s. there is a major International Symposium on Polymeric Electronics Packaging taking place in Sweden, Oct 26-30 which could be a good opportunity to find out more about these materials.
