For Torque recommendations:

one option is to check fastener supplier recommendations.

Also, check the Machineries handbook, Industrial Press Inc, New York,  ISBN
0-8311-1155-0.  Not only does this have recommended torque, but it goes into
many mechanical and assembly issues such as classes of threads and fits and
other useful items.  "Mark's Standard HandBook for Mechanical Engineers" may
also be a useful referance.
