I wonder if anyone can help me with finding a US company. I have been given only a little info: Co name: ICI (although I do not believe that they are the British ICI or Imperial Chemical Industries). Location: Nobelville (sp?), Indiana. The company makes or sells IC encapsulation or over-moulding products. I have tried some search engines on the www, and telephone operators, to no avail. If anyone has any info, pls e-mail to me direct off the mailing lists.
