The answer to your question is: It depends. Sorry that is not very helpful, but reflects the fact that the construction (number of layers, thickness, hole diameter, etc.) and material (CTE, Tg, etc.) of the PCB have a significant impact. Five reflow cycles is sort of a rough number where some PCBs have started to fail. I do not know why you have included joints (solder joints?) in this question.
