We have a medium volume ( 500-1000 board/day) high-mix (15-20
different styles/day) PCB assembly line that we are looking to
upgrade.

Trying to decide between "Slide" rail style (non-motorized) or
edge-belt/roller configurations. Both for assembly stations and for
wave solder machine loaders. We run fairly heavy (3-8 lbs each)
assemblies, most without pallets.

Any experiences would be appreciated. Equipment Mfgrs, thru-put
increase info etc . . .

Thanks for the help!
