Since you asked,  Surface Tek, out of Arizona, makes a oxide 
controller as well as a controller for the reducer, cleaner, micro-
etch.  They specialize in process control with chemistry and make 
controllers for several processes to work with their concentrated 
chemistries.  You can contact them directly at 602-483-5600.  We are
