Your Desmear process in any multilayer shop is doing exactly this, (although it
may also remove some amount of Cu, ).  Chemistry may depend upon laminate epoxy
system.  Permanganate  is one I am aware of.

I need some advise

Does somebody know how to remove resin  (prepreg) from copper surface by

chemical means ??
