Hi TechNet, 

I am looking for any information or specification for the inspection criteria (Such as O/S test...) of PBGA material in the pcb manufacturing application.  I currently have no customer specs. for PBGA.  This is a new process for our company and I can find no applicable documentation.  Any information will be appreciated.
