Define "quick". The shortest quality control SIR test that I know of is an unpublished 24 hour test used by AT&T. It is essentially the Bellcore 35/90 test for 24 hours and no bias. This spot test is used to monitor the process. Same Bellcore pass/fail requirements. We have done some of AT&T's overflow testing in the past and it seems to work well if you have an established baseline.
