GENERAL INFORMATION

1     VENUE
      The meeting will be held at Central Research Laboratories Ltd, Dawley
      Road, HAYES, Middlesex, UK

2     MEMBERSHIP OF THE MEETING
      The meeting is open to all on completion of the registration form and
      payment of the meeting fee; both should be sent to A Corless, CRL,
      Dawley Road, HAYES, Middlesex, UB3 1HH, to arrive not later than
      14 November 1996. The registration is subject to a limit of 65.

3     MEETING FEES
      The fees for the meeting, including buffet luncheon are:

      Members of IEEE CPMT          35pounds

      Non-Members                   65pounds

      Students                      25pounds

      Speakers submitting           No charge
      compuscript by 7th November   (otherwise 25 pounds)

4     PAYMENT OF MEETING FEES
      Payment should accompany the registration form and be by cheque or postal
      order payable to The UK and Eire Section of the Institute of Electrical
      and Electronic Engineers New York.
      In special circumstances arrangement may be made to pay by cheque or cash
      on the day of the meeting, advance registration will still be required.
      Please note that this meeting is being organised by volunteers and has no
      facility for credit card payment.
      The IEEE CPMT UK and RI Chapter is not registered for VAT.

5     CANCELLATIONS
      No refund will be available for cancellations made after 14th November
      1996. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the
      meeting.

6     MEMBERSHIP OF IEEE CPMT
      Details of membership and application forms may be obtained by ticking
      the appropriate box on the registration form.

7     PROCEEDINGS
      It is hoped to issue proceedings of this meeting. A copy will be made
      available without charge to all who register. If it proves impractical to
      produce a proceedings no refund will be available.
