WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WHERE A PIN GRID ARRAY PART THAT HAD GOLD LEADS CAME IN SOLDER DIPPED AND WHEN INSERTED INTO THE GOLD SOCKET, DEVELOPED FAILURES IN THE FIELD THAT OUR FAILURE ANALYSIS CONTRIBUTED TO "FRETTING CORROSION".
