We use a two part liquid epoxy which has a slight exotherm, but goes no where near any tg of laminate used. The material has been used almost 20 years by military houses with excellent results. We pull a vacuum to fill all holes when doing bare boards and to fill around all components when doing failure analysis. The resin stick to laminate, solder mask and all metal involved. Best way to check those which exotherm is to put a thermocouple in the mounts and cure under normal conditions without samples in the mold. The record of temp rise will make those who question the exotherm feel a little better. It's important to do this yourself since most manufacuturers literature will state the exotherm but it will most likely be for a block 3" X 4" which is a much larger volume than used in a mount.
