     Refer to Figure 3-4 in IPC-D-275.
     
     We are currently having discussions as to why there is a big 
     discrepancy between IPC-D-275's (MIL-STD-275) and the NEC's direction 
     on how much current a copper conductor can carry.
     
     However, IPC-D-275 is an excellent design standard so definitely use 
     it.

 As we are moving into higher power requirements for some of our =
products, I was hoping someone could help me with the trade offs of = 
plating FR4 at higher copper thicknesses. How much current can each oz = 
carry for various widths? Any assistance would be appreciated.       =
