     Just send an email with subject "subscribe" and no text in the body
to [log in to unmask]  Your return address will be added to the
mailing list.
     Or you can go to the IPC web site <http://www.ipc.org>.  They have
a form where you can just click on the forums in which you want to
particpate and be automagically added.
