People have seen that copper boards can be effected by poor handling. Contact
with solderable areas is poor practice. If your staff handle the boards
correctly the gloves shpuld not be necessary. Some engineers introduce gloves on
a no clean process ifthey are going to monitor the cleanliness level of the
process after soldering. In this case gloves is important.
If staff wear gloves all the time the gloves get dirty, often the gloves are the
problem.
