Keystone has jumpers, but the closest to you is a replacement for a 1206 part (Keystone catalog #5108). The overhangs might be disagreeable to you, but if centered I believe it would make IPC specs (no more than 25% overhang). Other than that, you can get custom leadframes made. There are purveyors of SMT services who can complete the bending of these and put them into tape for you. Not a good solution unless you are doing thousands.
