The problem with super glue is that acrylic is weak to shear and vibration forces (cyano- and more recently dimethyl- are the suspension fluids for the acrylate polymer).  Also, as the acrylate heats up, it tends to breakdown with critical breakdown occurring in the 300 degree F (150C) temperature range.  I have had a little better success with 2-part epoxies specifically Hysol 0151, as it is higher strength.  
On a flier, you might want to try epibond or another SMT adhesive.  I will soften under heat but does not tend to shear.
If all else fails, I use Permatex 84333 adhesive on my wave solder fixtures if I need to do patch work.  It is titanium reinforced and is rated to withstand intermittent exposure to 500F (260C).
