For most of my Urethane applications, I have used Kleen-Strip Lacquer thinner. The best process is to apply, wait 5-10 minutes and brush with an ESD safe stiff bristle brush, repeat as necessary. Use a 50% IPA/DI Water blend for final surface clean. If water is an issue, use a 75% IPA/Water blend (this is the same blend in Ionograph columns). Simple Air dry is also effective, just make sure you have lots of ventilation and/or a Class 'A' oven. Best thing is that, for now, you can purchase Kleen-Strip in most hardware stores.
