IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033D为表面贴装元器件制造商、用户提供了潮湿/再流焊敏感器件的标准化处理、包装、运输和使用方法。这些方法有助于避免由于元器件吸潮和暴露在再流焊温度下造成的损伤导致产量和可靠性下降。此标准中的程序可为密封保质期12个月的元器件提供保障。此标准由IPC和JEDEC联合开发。

IPC members may request a free single user download of a document with digital rights management of each new standard by visiting www.ipc.org/free-member-docs within 90 days. The file is enabled to print one copy of the standard. Please note that you will receive the file from an e-mail from IHS.com.
