PCB size, penalization and wt. figure in to the requirement.
The points required to support are much less than the printer due to
greatly reduced down force.
The only supports we have used for Fuji's were the manual pins.
Often with the a simple template to locate them
On other equipment we made custom holders due to special attributes of the
product and process.

Inheriting panels designed for other equipment can lead to supports being
required.
