This happened to me long time ago.
So far as I recall its an automatic message covering all eventualities. Something  -real or imaginary - upset the server and it sent the message. The best thing to do is unsubscribe and re-subscribe. You don't lose anything by doing this.

Here is  some information that may assist you  or your local help desk in  determining the cause of the problem I did get removed and had to re-subscribe. That was weird...
