Hello All,

We have one 4K(4:4:4) test fail issue, (HDMI cable, 12' 30 AWG,ULTRA FLEX) failure rate about 15%.

Maybe the ultra flex raw cable which was initially intended to perform at 1080p or 4K/30Hz is now subjected to 4K/60 which is 600 MHz instead of 300 MHz and is running at its full capacity, any small glitch in building this cable assembly may cause failure in performance.

Do you have any good method to find the root cause or better way to solve this issue?

Please note: all failed cables can pass 4K(4:2:0) test, but failed at 4K(4:4:4).

Thanks & Best Regards
