Steve: Interesting idea, looks like their website only advertises SAC 305 alloy in T&R. I’ll follow-up with a phone call to see if I can get 63/37 in T&R. I’m thinking I can use a melf nozzle and place these spheres on our PCB to help with a difficult intrusive reflow application. Thanks.
