          现在我们有一款新的高性能高压产品需要做涂覆工艺，但相关的客户有以下疑问：

          选用的三防漆的绝缘强度为80KV/MM,绝缘电阻为1x10¹⁴ Ohm，产品使用中要高低温变化，并被密封使用。

²  涂覆后，PCBA上的元件的绝缘性是否降低――――个人认为没问题，不清楚怎么与空气的绝缘强度和板上绿油的比较？

²  免清洗的锡膏回流后，应该还有少量的助焊剂残留，三防漆将其抱住，两者间的兼容性，附着在元件脚上的助焊剂，是酸性物质，对元件和PCB有多大影响，
在后续使用中是否可能有电迁移的问题出现及防止?

²  三防漆产生的应力（应该与热膨胀系数有关？）对元件的影响？

²  在老化试验后，元件脚部位残留物质颜色变得黄褐色，较深，正常吗？

²  还有其他一些问题吗？
