最简单的办法是做一个JIT 样品----使用标准电阻代替待测样品，读出漏电流后就知道输出电压了。

安规测试没有特别针对此高压测试做逐个监测；

因为，你要保证你的仪器本身经过有效校正并且在有效期内。

 

针对测试结果的稳定性和准确性，你可以安排每天每个班别1-2次的测试校正，以验证高压机输出电压和电流的准确性，同时做好相应的校正记录，没有必要去额外增加表头做监测。

        本人有一個問題想請教大家。

        我公司是生產手機充電器的。需對產品進行耐壓測試。耐壓規格正常在3.0~4.0KV.

        我們所使用的耐壓機均有液晶屏顯示相關數值。

        現在問題是：有檢查人員跟我們提出，需在耐壓的輸出端再安裝高壓表頭來檢測實際輸出電壓。

        請問有此必要嗎？

         若有必要，誰可以提供符合要求的相應的高壓表頭廠牌,型號.
