I agree finger cots etc are probably an answer, but to be sure you need to be able to answer the question: Are you buying them in or making them yourselves? What have any of you done or heard of others doing to reduce or eliminate fingerprints? Gloves get dirty. Cleaning every board by hand at test and final inspection seems unimaginative, at best.
