请问有没有人对于IPC-TM-650中的MIR和SIR有相关研究，我现在有如下问题

1． MIR和SIR有什么区别？

2． IPC-TM-650中针对MIR和SIR有一共8个标准，不同标准的适用环境是什么？看上去
2.6.3.1E是针对绿油做的，2.6.3.4A是针对Conformal coating做的，其他标准的使用
范围分别是什么？
