请问这是THROUGH HOLE器件（通孔器件）吗？
用的是什么焊接工艺（波峰，还是通孔回流）？ 请告知相关详细情况，或许我可以

我们现在插件组装后有遇到PCBA零件孔吹孔问题，如附件，PCB表面处理为无铅HAL，
孔径1.15mm，不良周期1422，
想请教各位造成此不良原因为何？要如何预防？
