Is this Litz or magnet wire?

If it is there's a couple of ways, chemical, and mechanical. The Eraser
Company sells both.

Anyone know of an easy way to remove Kapton insulation from solid 26AWG
wire? We have to prep such wires for soldering. I thought we could
simply remove with a solder pot but the insulation is just too
resilient. Any ideas?
