可以的，但是via孔徑是8mil左右的，不能太大，謝謝！

主旨: [TGAsia] 有关PCBA涂绝缘油通孔的规定

 

各位：

 

现我们公司有对PCBA进行涂绝缘油（Conformal Coating - Silicone Resin）。但发现有一个问题，当绝缘油加在PCBA上后，它的油会从过孔（不用焊元件的通孔）穿过流到对面PCB板上，我们的PCBA背面有元件不能粘到油。我查得610E里只有对厚度的要求。

 

有人说要想油不从过孔流到反面，需要将那个过孔给堵住，请问各位，是否要这样做，如果要这样做是否有标准提到了这个要求。

 

曾经在IPC的邮件里面，有讨论过 Conformal Coating  是否要洗板，但没有讨论过孔漏油的问题。
