          那要看具體的產品呀，如果是模組的話，是不用vcut進行切割呀，所以PCB板廠沒有進行vcut是沒有錯的，他們是根據gerber來製作的，只是你們客戶的RD沒有在連版圖上標註而已才會造成你目前的issue,謝謝！

 

 

Dear Zhao:

Firstly, I think you should check your Gerber file, whether there is V-cut in drawing.

PCB factory/supplier must be follow your Gerber file( or say drawing). If no have V-cut in drawing. Of course, PCB factory did not do the v-cut.

See below: it is our drawing, before proto build stage, provided to PCB factory.

Of course, below is initially drawing, so the V-cut angel defined 30~60 degree. ( Notes, not all pcb was defined so broadly v-cut angel  at proto build stage, maybe there is so other cause, ex around component )

Before LPP/LMP stage, we defined a detail v-cut angel. (Notes: generally speaking, 30/45/60 degree is most universal)
