We have 2 selective soldering units supplied by an On-Site Gas N2 generator. I calculate a purity >99.999% at the moment. When we first started with N2, we used dewars supplied by a local gas company. It wasn't long before we figured out it was more cost effective to purchase our own generator. The machine we are looking into wants a nitrogen supply to inert the solder pot. My question to the forum is what source are you using for their nitrogen requirements? Also what purity level are you using? Keith S.
