Michael, What I have done in the past was to use conventional pogo pins, mounted in a Lucite block. Drill the Lucite to the dimensions necessary for the current & voltage contacts. I mounted the block to a plate attached to the vertical adjusting mechanism of an old Bausch & Lomb microscope stand Steve Creswick Sr Associate - Balanced Enterprise Solutions http://www.linkedin.com/in/stevencreswick 616 834 1883 -----Original Message----- From: TechNet [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Michael Strong Sent: Friday, January 10, 2014 4:18 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [TN] 4 point collinear probe We are looking to get a 4 point collinear probe to measure the surface and volume resistivity per MIL-STD-883H Method 5011.5; 3.8.11. We're looking specifically for one with current contact 2" apart and voltage contacts 0.5" from the current contacts. Any idea where I could find this? ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the Symantec Email Security.cloud service.
