Hi Steve, WS6536 was initially replaced by DOD-STD-2000 Vol 1,2,and 3; then Mil-STD-2000, and subsequently MIL-STD-2000 revision A, and in some cases Rev B. Commercial Standards like IPC J-STD-001 and the eventual revisions to that document were commonly applied to new requirements after elimination of the Military specifications. Some also went to IPC-A-610 without 001 process control provisions. Please let me know if I can be of assistance. It appears as though WS-6536 was replaced by MIL-STD-2000, but I'm not 100% sure. Any insight would be appreciated.
