Hi Doug, Thank you very much for giving me right path to solve our machine issues. This machine is circa 1997 and needs upgrade per SCS Tech whom I spoke with this afternoon. Quite often, automated coating machines may not get the preventative maintenance they need. I know PVA techs can come in and do a tune up on their machines. Perhaps SCS will do the same.
