請各位大俠幫忙分析一下，如下的不良圖片，貼片二極體一端PAD吃錫良好，另一端PAD沒有銲錫【PCB板沒有動過烙鐵的痕跡，PAD很光滑】，主要是什麽會產生這種不良？

說明：零件撥動的時候斷掉了，零件另一端PAD底部及側面有銲錫【沒有發行有動烙鐵的痕跡】
