应该是喷锡板的质量问题。可以用烙铁在焊盘上加锡。如果不能上锡，你可以找PCB的供应商了。一般是PCB电镀的沉银液受污染了。

很光滑】，主要是什麽會產生這種不良？

說明：零件撥動的時候斷掉了，零件另一端PAD底部及側面有銲錫【沒有發行有動烙鐵的痕跡】
