I do not hesitate to recommend Alessandro Birolini's 'Reliability Engineering'. Although it is not specific to PCBs, mention is made and it is the 'bible' of reliability. Birolini was Professor of Reliability Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETHZ). If my memory is correct, Guenther Grossmann, who frequents this forum, used to be his assistant. http://www.bookdepository.com/Reliability-Engineering-Alessandro-Birolini/9783642149511 Brian On 31.05.2013 17:41, Ramakrishnan Saravanan wrote: > Dear All, > > Which book should i study to understand the reliability engineering of PCB. regards, > > > R.Saravanan > ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the Symantec Email Security.cloud service.
