现有 一问题需要想您请教：
   我们的某一产品的PTH  元件在经过焊接后出现问题，切片后的图片如下图（我们公司使用的标准为IPC-A-610D III ）
 请问此种现象的产品是否满足标准，如果不满足，是哪一条款不满足。
