Council members, I didn't mean to start that offshoot discussion !I sent the message from my phone, and apparently the listserv cannot handle it.What I sent was that I prefer to have the holes filled, and I have also used silkscreen (not soldermask) to plug the via holesto eliminate the wicking through. You need to warn the fabricator to not clear the silkscreen from the holes !
