大家好!
关于PCBA的助焊剂残留物的清洁度，有一个问题请教一下。
IPC-610E中定义如下：
 


注3与可接受等级的判定不知如何理解？假如生产中使用的免洗助焊剂，焊锡后的助焊剂残留物需要清洗吗？
举个例子：附件图片中的蓝色零件使用alpha SAC305(免清洗型)锡丝手工焊接于PCB上，焊后有图片中红色圈内的助焊剂残留物。
请问圈内的助焊剂残留物外观上可接受吗？
